Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must be healthy with no periodontal diseases (gingivitis and periodontitis) At least three months must have passed since the start of fixed orthodontic treatment Individuals must have no underlying or systemic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients show any sign of systemic or syndromic disease Patients showing poor oral hygiene The individual is over 35 or under 15 years of age

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number of periopathogen microorganisms. Timepoint: Calculating the number of periopathogen microorganisms before laser irradiation, after laser irradiation and two weeks after the initial laser therapy. Method of measurement: Bacterial colony count per unit volume of the culture medium.
