Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with impacted third molars in the lower jaw, where the type of impaction is mesioangular in terms of axial angle, and the impaction is symmetrical on both sides
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of trauma, cysts, and tumors in the lower jaw and face History of systemic diseases including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, renal failure, liver failure, and neurological disorders History of chronic corticosteroid use Inherited or acquired coagulation disorders Use of tobacco and alcohol
