Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of varus deformity based on imaging finding( greater than 5 degrees) need for TKA surgery by an orthopedic surgeon based on clinical symptoms, paraclinical findings, and response to other treatments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: concurrent fracture Having another deformity in the lower extremity
