Inclusion criteria: Consent to participate in the study 25-35 years of age Infertility for at least 2 years

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study History of allergy to fennel plant compounds People with allergic asthma Epilepsy Liver diseases Cancer

Measure	Time frame
Endometrial thickness. Timepoint: 14 days after starting fennel capsules. Method of measurement: Ultrasound machine with Honda HS 2600 model specifications.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Number of Follicles. Timepoint: 14 Days after consuming Fennel. Method of measurement: The number of follicles in both ovaries by a gynecologist and infertility specialist using an ultrasound device.	—
