Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with macroadenoma pituitary tumor are candidates for surgery No history of penetrating trauma and facial lacerations No history of gel or fat injection in the face area Patient consent to continue participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using parallel treatments such as fat removal from other areas Lack of informed consent

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative infection. Timepoint: The examination of this result is after the surgery and the time period is not mentioned. Method of measurement: Check for signs of infection, including fever, purulent secretions, warmth, redness and swelling of the operation site.;Swelling and ecchymosis after surgery. Timepoint: The examination of this result is after the surgery and the time period is not mentioned. Method of measurement: Examination of the operation site in terms of swelling and skin discoloration.;Damage to the buccal and infraorbital nerves. Timepoint: The examination of this result is after the surgery and the time period is not mentioned. Method of measurement: Checking the buccal nerve by inflating the mouth and checking the infraorbital nerve by checking the sensation of the cheek.
