Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender: female Age range 45 to 65 years Compliance with the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis of the American College of Rheumatology having a minimum score of 4 (out of 10) for pain intensity on the visual analog scale (VAS) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) =26 (out of 30) Mini Mental State Test (MMSE) score>24 (out of 30 points) Score = ?? in the radiography criteria of Kellgren and Lawrence Filling the informed consent form to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having cognitive disorders Hospitalization during the last year due to mental illness Having neurological diseases, vestibular system, vision or any other physical damage that may affect balance Having a history of brain tumor, brain surgery or intracranial metal implantation in the past Using psychoactive or antihypertensive drugs (anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, anti-epileptics, anti-Parkinson's drugs, strong sedatives and hypnotics) History of lower limb surgery Serious and uncontrolled medical diseases (heart failure, high blood pressure and history of acute myocardial infarction) Alcohol and drug abuse Sensitivity to transcranial stimulation
