Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A score higher than 50 on the Hudson Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire At least a primary education level Physical health sufficient to participate in sessions Attendance in educational sessions wwilingness to participate in the research Age between 25 and 40 years A minimum of two years since the beginning of the marital relationship Cohabitation with a spouse during the research period/ neither the individual nor their spouse should be seeking separation Absence of chronic psychiatric disorders No substance abuse
