Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: early injection of dexmedetomidine 1mcg/ml. Intervention 2: Intervention group: late injection of dexmedetomidine 1mcg/ml. Intervention 3: Control group: placebo.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physically, they should be in the ASA category one or two the patient's age should be between 18 and 35 years the dental procedure time should be 1.5 to two hours one person should accompany her

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, allergy to anesthetic drugs, contraindications to the use of dexmedetomidine (such as atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, sinus disorders, liver disorders, etc.) allergy to anesthetic drugs contraindications of the usage of dexmedetomidine (such as atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, sinus disorders, liver disorders, etc.)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Agitation score. Timepoint: in minutes 15, 30, 45 and .... after the start of anesthesia and also during recover. Method of measurement: RSS index.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Heart rate. Timepoint: in minutes 15, 30, 45 and .... after the start of anesthesia and also during recovery. Method of measurement: monitoring.;Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure. Timepoint: in minutes 15, 30, 45 and .... after the start of anesthesia and also during recovery. Method of measurement: monitoring.;SPO2.
