Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: having type 2 diabetes Having symptoms of emotional disorders based on a structured diagnostic interview, as well as scores obtained in Beck's Depression and Anxiety Questionnaires (scoring above 20 in depression or above 16 in the anxiety scale) participants' willingness to take part in the research based on the provisions of a written consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Receiving a similar psychological intervention prior to the start of the intervention Medication treatment for psychological symptoms during the month prior to the start of the intervention
