Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who are candidates for implant placement in the posterior region of the jaws Implant candidate patients who undergo CBCT and panoramic imaging Willingness to participate in the study and complete a written informed consent form at the beginning of the study Patients who undergo serum tests for vitamin D3 and zinc Patients who are able to consistently take the prescribed dietary supplements without interruption Patients who will come for re-examination and imaging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unwilling to undergo CBCT imaging Patients who are unwilling to undergo periapical or panoramic imaging before and after surgery Patients who do not reside in Tabriz and cannot return for follow-up Patients who are unable to regularly take the prescribed dietary supplements Patients who are not willing to undergo free testing for vitamin D3 and zinc Patients with systemic diseases related to bone metabolism Patients with a history of using osteoporosis medications such as bisphosphonates, etc Patients who currently have a history of taking vitamin D and zinc supplements

MeasureTime frame
The level of bone density in the jaws before and after supplementation therapy. Timepoint: Measurement of bone density in the jaws before surgery and 4 to 6 months after surgery (depending on whether the treatment area is the upper or lower jaw). Method of measurement: Hanserfield Unit index in cone beam CT and fractal dimension analysis in panoramic radiography.
