Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years Ability to read and write Having cognitive and mental health Having the desire and informed consent to participate Using the AC drug regimen, including drugs: Adriamycin and cyclophosphamide along with anti-nausea drugs including: Granisetron, dexamethasone and aprepitant.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate during the study, such as not answering the phone or not following the instructions given to the patient Gastrointestinal disorders causing nausea and vomiting Taking medications that cause nausea and vomiting (other than chemotherapy drugs) Presence of anxiety disorder (moderate and high anxiety based on the questionnaire score)
