Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness and written informed consent to participate in the study Definitive diagnosis of type 2 diabetes by an endocrinologist Failure to participate in similar or simultaneous research work Age range from 18 to 75 years Absence of cognitive and hearing and vision disorders based on the patient's file No history of other endocrine diseases Ability to read and write in Persian Ability to communicate with the patient after discharge Not suffering from a mental illness known and confirmed by a doctor according to the patient's file Not taking drugs that have an effect on the mind and endocrine glands, according to the patient's file Living in Shahrekord city The agent of self-care is the patient himself

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Amputation Taking insulin Living outside Shahrekord city A personal self-care agent other than the individual himself
