Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 and above Willingness to participate in the research (obtaining written informed consent) A history of at least 6 months of hemodialysis Not using new sedation methods during the study Lack of hearing impairment and not using hearing aids such as hearing aids Not having a history of anxiety and mental problems listed in the patient's file Not taking sedatives and sleeping pills (according to the patient's file) Obtaining a score of at least 6 from the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire Having a smart phone of the patient or close relatives at home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue studying Conducting a new intervention to improve the quality of sleep while studying The presence of anything that prevents listening, such as the noise of the surrounding environment
