Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Men and women aged 18-65 referring to shiraz blood transfusion organization for donating blood All subjects are healthy No underlying disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness of blood donors to participate in the study taking diuretic drugs kidney and bladder stones taking blood pressure drugs smoking or hookah being a professional athlete

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in HCT and plasma volume. Timepoint: 10±2, 15±2 and 20±2 after consuming 500 ml of water. Method of measurement: Sysmex Kx-21, a scale for weighing the plasma bag.
