Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: positive personal history of breast cancer not interested in participation having cognitive problem

To do or not to do, as well as how often to do breast self-examination. Timepoint: Before and 3 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Questions from study subjects (recall).
