Inclusion criteria: Noli Par Iranian nationality 20 weeks pregnant A resident of Qazvin province Having at least reading and writing literacy Consent to participate in the study Age 18 to 35 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a mental disorder (according to the person herself) Having a physical disability and a disability (according to the person herself) Being mentally disabled (according to the person herself) Having an underlying disease (according to the person herself) Having a high-risk pregnancy (according to the person herself)
