Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a score higher than or equal to 37 in the high-level criteria subscale and a score of 45 or higher in the dissonance subscale in the almost complete revised scale of Slaney et al. Not having a severe personality disorder such as borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, dramatic personality disorder, and obsessive personality disorder. Not receiving drug therapy or psychotherapy at the same time No drug addiction Declaration of informed consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete questionnaires Not attending more than two meetings Subject's unwillingness to continue treatment
