Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female endotracheal tube patients between the ages of 18. patients who were thermodynamically stable patients who they have an arterial cannula or ease of performing arterial blood withdrawal from the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients instable and patients Semi-conscious Patients with specific contraindications to fluid administration

MeasureTime frame
All patients conducted in the study will be on mechanically ventilation. Timepoint: Subject who applied suction with (normal saline, N-acetylcysteine) for patients with mechanical ventilation and measured ABGs value and vital signs before and after procedure. Method of measurement: Arterial blood gases and vital signs changes.
