Intervention 1: Intervention group: posterior root medial meniscus repair and corrective knee osteotomy. Intervention 2: Control group: posterior root medial meniscus repair.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- MMPRT 2- knee pain 3- knee osteoarthritis <2 grade (kelgren Lawrence) 4- genovarus 4-10 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- BMI>30 2- SPONK 3-genovarus > 10 degrees 4- knee osteoarthritis > 3 grade (Kelgren Lawrence)
