Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study No history of infertility Married mothers between the ages of 18 and 45 with a child over the age of 1 Having a file in the health center of Khorramabad Not participating in other simultaneous training classes on childbearing with similar content Literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prohibition of pregnancy due to illness
