Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have more than two years of work experience Having rotating shifts Have an average stress score of more than 36 and an average anxiety score of more than 43 in each of the open and hidden questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not performing the technique more than twice in a follow-up week
