Inclusion criteria: Absence of periodontal diseases Age above 15 years Absence of pregnancy Having at least 15 teeth Patients with stain

Exclusion criteria: Patients with high blood pressure Toothless patients Patients who use orthodontic devices and prostheses

Inflammation of the gums. Timepoint: Measuring the level of inflammation based on the target index at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Based on direct observation.;Dental plaque. Dental plaque is a collection of microorganisms present on the surface of the tooth as a biofilm, which is placed in a matrix of polymers of host and bacterial origin. Timepoint: Measuring the amount of dental plaque based on the target index at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and one month after the start of the intervention.
