Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmation of the diagnosis of migraine headache with a history of at least 6 months of moderate intensity migraine headache by a neurologist Not having a history of allergies, sensitivity to plant materials and serious problems that cause a delay in the treatment period with Orange Spring. Selection of people with the drug regimen used by a neurologist Being in the age group of 18 to 50 years Being literate in reading and writing Absence of mental disorders such as personality disorder based on self-report and medical records No use of psychoactive drugs and addiction Consent to participate in the study

| Repetition of migraine headaches in the Midas Migraine Headache Indicators Questionnaire. Timepoint: The number of days during the past 2 months that people did not show up at work or social and family activities or did not perform well due to migraine headaches. The Midas Migraine Headache Index Questionnaire will be completed before the start of the intervention and before each aromatherapy session as a checklist at the end of each week and 48 hours after the last treatment period (4 weeks) after the end of the treatment period between the two intervention and control groups. Method of measurement: Midas Migraine Headache Indicators.;Migraine headache duration in the MIDAS migraine headache index questionnaire. Timepoint: The number of days during the past 2 months that people did not show up at work or social and family activities or did not perform well due to migraine headaches.
