Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having informed consent Full consciousness of the patient Class 1 and 2 of the American Society of Anesthesiology Minimum literacy and reading and writing No use of drugs and alcohol No history of mental illness Patients with 20 to 50% burns with deep 2nd and 3rd degree burns Absence of inhalation damage Absence of chemical and electrical burns Having a BMI less than 30 Absence of underlying chronic heart, lung, kidney and blood disease No history of heart attack or stroke Absence of trauma with burns Absence of pregnancy and breastfeeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study Having severe problems after surgery, including bleeding, severe infection, transfer to another burn center, etc.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Weight of gauze soaked in blood. Timepoint: before use and after dressing (15 minutes after dressing with gauze soaked in solution immediately after surgical debridement). Method of measurement: Sensitive digital scale.
