Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 60 years and older Having the ability to communicate verbally Being aware of place, time and people Willingness to participate in research Not using painkillers 24 hours before dialysis At least 3 months of hemodialysis experience Not using other complementary medicine methods to reduce back pain The absence of a wound or any supply in the pressure area that would make the intervention difficult The onset of chronic back pain at least 3 months after the start of the hemodialysis process The ability to lie on the stomach Getting a score of at least 3 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) Samples being male Not having diseases such as spinal hernia, lumbar tumors, lumbar injuries and skin diseases such as shingles The completeness of the files of the patients participating in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the research program Patient withdrawal from the dialysis treatment is no more information program
