Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Being single 2-Being between the ages of 18 and 35 years old 3-Starting menstruation at the age of 11-17 years old 4-Having regular periods with intervals of 21 to 35 days 5-Existence of moderate to severe pain (score of five or more) According to the visual criteria of pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-History of physical and mental diseases and diagnosed uterine problems such as abnormal bleeding and ovarian cysts 2-Use of hormonal drugs and oral contraceptive pills during the last 3 months
