Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-65 years, Scheduled for prelaparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute cholecystitis or pancreatitis. History of ERCP or psychiatric disorders Chronic shoulder discomfort or prior shoulder surgery. Respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma). Pregnancy or cardiovascular diseases Diabetes mellitus for 10 years or more

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome variable is the level of Shoulder pain that can be changed based on Pulmonary Recruitment Maneuver. Timepoint: Pain intensity was evaluated one hour following the operation. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale to measure pain.
