Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspicion of H. pylori infection and indication of endoscopy with the approval of gastroenterologist Willingness to participate in research No history of receiving H. pylori treatment Age 18 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy breastfeeding History of liver diseases History of allergy to aloe vera

MeasureTime frame
Clinical symptoms. Timepoint: At the time of first visit, two weeks after treatment and four weeks after treatment. Method of measurement: Clinical symptom assessment checklist (heartburn, regurgitation, difficulty swallowing, bloating, nausea/vomiting, acid reflux).;Response to treatment. Timepoint: Before starting treatment and one month after treatment. Method of measurement: Helicobacter pylori stool antigen test.;Side effects of treatment. Timepoint: Two weeks after treatment and four weeks after treatment. Method of measurement: Side effect checklist (including headache, constipation, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea/vomiting).
