Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes patients with Hb A1C: 6.5-8 treated with metformin, sulfonyl urea ore combination of both of this medicines patients with Typic chest pain during the 12 hours before the visit that lasted longer than 30 minutes, along with an ST-segment elevation above 0.1 mV in two leads or more in ECG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cardiogenic shock hypoglycemia diabetic ketoacidosis History of Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery type 1 diabetic patient sever liver failure patient with end stage cancer history of sever allergic reaction to Empagliflozin or its formulation components Severe renal failure (eGFR <30 mL/minute/1.73 m2), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), or dialysis hypovolemia any inflammatory under treatment disease history of any cancer advanced heart failure
