Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not having a history of severe mental disorders (psychosis, delirium, cognitive disorders) or abuse of several substances Not having history of pain due to severe arthrosis, severe discopathy, rheumatological and infectious diseases, MS and cancer.having myofascial pain syndrome for more than 3 months according to the doctor's diagnosis Having informed consent to participate in research Having the age of 18 to 65 years (adult)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Need to change the medication schedule Having more than 2 absences in meetings Unwillingness to continue cooperation Occurrence of pain due to new problems such as discopathy, rheumatological and infectious diseases, or injury to the musculoskeletal system during the examination period.

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity, experiential avoidance, acceptance of pain. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and at the end of the study. Method of measurement: Gamez Experiential Avoidance Questionnaire (MEAQ), McGill Pain Intensity Questionnaire (MPQ), Chronic Pain Acceptance Questionnaire (CPAQ).
