Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research Age range 12 to 18 years Having a medical record at the Aburaihan Center for Special Diseases Living in Bandar Abbas city Not suffering from any known mental illness or intellectual disability Ability to speak and communicate Mobile phone access
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend training sessions regularly (missing 2 or more sessions) Unwillingness to participate in continuation of the research Simultaneous participation in other educational interventions Non-attendance at post-test
