Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient must participate in the study with personal consent The patient must be between 18 and 65 years of age The patient must have a chest tube and at least 24 hours have passed since the chest tube was inserted. The patient's chest tube must be unilateral and have a bottle. The general surgeon must have authorized heat therapy. The patient must be conscious and have the ability to communicate effectively to report signs and symptoms. The patient's body mass index should be 18.5 to 25. The patient's condition should be stable according to general conditions and vital signs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of any specific injury or fracture (except for the chest tube insertion incision) in the patient's chest wall. Patient has a history of coagulation disorders and bleeding tendencies (based on self-reporting and documented records). Presence of hemothorax or obvious bleeding in the patient's chest cavity (considering the nature of chest tube drainage). Patient suffers from acute lung diseases. Patient has diabetes. Patient is addicted to alcohol and drugs. Patient has an acute infection in the chest wound area (based on clinical signs of infection). Presence of purulent drainage from the chest tube (empyema).

Timepoint: The amount of drainage in patients will be measured before the first session of heat therapy, then before each subsequent session of heat therapy, and also up to 12 hours after the last session of heat therapy in both groups.
