Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent low anterior resection (LAR) or Total proctocolectomy and ileal pouch anal anastomosis (TPC+IPAA) with anastomotic leakage
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: refuse to become involved in the study Diffused anastomotic leak; peritonitis and sepsis
