Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: history of at least one lateral ankle sprain that causes swelling, pain and temporary loss of function chronic weakness, pain and instability in the first injury The last sprain was at least 3 months before entering the study giving way feeling in involved ankle in last 6 months(at least 2 times) No ankle range of motion limitations Age range 18 to 32 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: balance and vestibular disorders low back pain history of surgery in lower extremity and trunk former traumatic brain injury in last 6 months Cardiovascular disorders, scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis, or any disorder affecting respiratory function Any musculoskeletal and neurovascular injury to the chest and lower extremities in the last 2 years, other than ankle sprain Lack of interest in continuing cooperation
