Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not having dementia with a score of more than 7 on the Short Cognitive Test (AMTS) Determining mild to moderate stroke severity (score 1 to 15) by CT scan, clinical symptoms and NIHSS scale Age 60 years and above Willingness to participate in the study Ability to make phone calls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to continue attending the study Re-hospitalization Incidence of diseases leading to physical and mental disability death of the patient
