Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All nurses working at Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad The work experience of the nurses should be between 3 to 12 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: experience in participating in similar compassion-based group therapy workshops Having a recognized physical or mental illness

MeasureTime frame
Occupational burnout. Timepoint: After the completion of the intervention and one month later, the standard occupational burnout questionnaires will be completed again in both the intervention group and the control group. Method of measurement: Maslach Burnout Inventory.;Emotional self-regulation. Timepoint: After the completion of the intervention and one month later, the standard emotional self-regulation questionnaires will be completed again in both the intervention group and the control group. Method of measurement: Hoffman and Kashdan's Emotional Self-Regulation Questionnaire.
