Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 45 years Intramural myoma Intramural myoma grade II to VII based on FIGO Intramural myoma with a maximum size of 10 centimeters 1 to 3 intramural myoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous myomectomy surgery Suspected malignancy Hormonal treatment within a month before surgery Having anemia before surgery with the definition of hemoglobin less than 10 milligrams per deciliter History of coagulation disorder Uncontrolled blood pressure Taking anticoagulant drugs Thrombocytopenia Known sensitivity to oxytocin Sickle cell anemia Myomas with extensive involvement of the cervix Myomas of the posterior wall of the uterus Broad ligament myomas Adjacent visceral damage during surgery

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of blood lost during the operation. Timepoint: End of operation. Method of measurement: Objectively, the difference in the weight of wet gases and langaz with their dry weight (each cc of blood is equal to one gram) and the volume of blood inside the suction is recorded by the room circular. Also, the hematocrit level is checked after admission to the hospital and 1 hour after the operation.
