Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be Iranian Married Be over 40 years old. Suffering from andropause Not suffering from chronic physical and mental diseases The absence of unfortunate events such as divorce, death of spouse, etc. Lack of oral and motor disabilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study Occurrence of acute problems that require emergency treatment.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Andropause symptoms. Timepoint: Once before the intervention and once after the intervention. Method of measurement: Standard self-assessment questionnaire of Iranian men's andropause syndrome.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Stress and depression. Timepoint: Once before the intervention and once after the intervention. Method of measurement: Standard Questionnaire of Stress and Anxiety DASS-21.
