Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low-energy injury resulting in unilateral hip fracture treated with first hip arthroplasty or internal fixation Age =40 years Absence of pre-fracture limb dysfunction and ability to live independently (Functional Independence Measure (FIM) =90 points) The condition had resolved and the patient could cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and had no cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) =24) The presence of a family caregiver and the patient or caregiver with a smartphone Patients and family members voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological fractures Associated with serious chronic diseases, such as heart, liver and lung diseases

Range of Motion Scale. Timepoint: "The beginning of the study (Baseline) and 12 weeks after the operation (Follow-up). Method of measurement: "The range of motion of the hip joint after surgery is the main measure of the effectiveness of the intervention in patients, and its improvement can indicate the success of the treatment. Clinical examination and calculation with the help of a "goniometer", which is a tool for calculating the angle of flexion, abduction and adduction, internal and external rotation of the hip joint and also the scoring is based on the Harris scoring criteria for the range of motion of the hip joint including the following parameters: flexion (maximum *140 degrees) abduction (maximum *40 degrees) adduction (maximum *40 degrees) external rotation (maximum *40 degrees) rotation Internal (maximum *40°) 3. Scoring Range: Points are calculated based on the following range: 211°-300°: 5 points 161°-210°: 4 points 101°-160°: 3 points 61° -100°: score 2 31°-60°: score 1 0°-30°: score 0 "An increase in the range of motion of at least 20 degrees at 12 weeks after the operation is considered a significant change.".
