Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Fourth year nursing students who have not started internship in the chemotherapy department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend the training workshop Being employed in chemotherapy, hematology and oncology departments

MeasureTime frame
Skill score of participants in preparation of cytotoxic drugs. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and one day after the intervention (three times in total). Method of measurement: In order to measure the skill, the researcher-made questionnaire of ''nursing students' skill in preparation of cytotoxic drugs'' will be used.
