Inclusion criteria: Must have at least 20 teeth To have a healthy periodontium There should be no systemic disease or history of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drug use, and no periodontal treatment in the past three months The minimum age should be 18 years

The amount of bacteria. Timepoint: 72 hours after stopping the toothpaste, it should be used for 14 days. Method of measurement: Sanguis culture medium.
