Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults men with age of 18-45 years old Idiopathic abnormal spermogram in terms of sperm count, motility, morphology, or all according to World Health Organization criteria Consent to participate in the study Iranian nationality BMI 18.5-30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Addiction to alcohol and drugs azoospermia Anatomical infertility findings Cancers Thyroid disorders Heart disease, diabetes, and uncontrolled high blood pressure Use of chemotherapy drugs or corticosteroids, herbal medicines, hormonal drugs Activity in very hot environments Specific diets and vegetarianism
