Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults men with age of 18-45 years old Idiopathic abnormal spermogram in terms of sperm count, motility, morphology, or all according to World Health Organization criteria Consent to participate in the study Iranian nationality BMI 18.5-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Addiction to alcohol and drugs azoospermia Anatomical infertility findings Cancers Thyroid disorders Heart disease, diabetes, and uncontrolled high blood pressure Use of chemotherapy drugs or corticosteroids, herbal medicines, hormonal drugs Activity in very hot environments Specific diets and vegetarianism

Determining and Comparing the Effect of a Diet Based on Persian Medicine Principles and Conventional Medicine on Sperm Parameters in Idiopathic Infertile Men. Timepoint: Measurement of semen parameters at the beginning and end of the third month after receiving dietary recommendations. Method of measurement: Semen analysis.

Timepoint: Measurement of some inflammatory factors, oxidative stress, and sperm DNA breakage index at the beginning and end of the third month after receiving dietary recommendations. Method of measurement: Inflammatory factors and oxidative stress by ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) method and sperm DNA breakage index by SCD (Sperm Chromatin Dispersion) method.
