Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married men 18-45 years Infertility for at least one year with unexplained Oligo+/- astheno +/- teratozoospermia according to WHO criteria Body Mass Index=25-35 kg/m2 Patient satisfaction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoking and addiction to alcohol and drugs Azospermia Infections, genital anatomical abnormalities Varicocele Systemic diseases ( cancer, thyroid diseases, liver and gall bladder diseases, renal failure, diabetes, cardio vascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, etc) Taking chemotherapy, corticosteroid
