Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 or older Obtain informed written consent Elective cesarean surgery candidate with spinal anesthesia Being Iranian and mastering the Persian language and the ability to communicate with the research team Having physical and mental health (absence of depression, anxiety, heart diseases, high blood pressure and respiratory disorders)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: use of heart-regulating drugs unwillingness to continue cooperation in the process of program implementation unexpected incidents and events for the patient during surgery conversion of spinal anesthesia to general anesthesia non-completion or violation of questionnaires.

| General confidence level. Timepoint: The questionnaire measuring general trust in health service providers will be completed by patients in both groups between 12 and 24 hours after surgery in the ward when the patient is in complete comfort and without pain. Method of measurement: The questionnaire measures public trust in health care providers. It consists of 33 items, the questions of which are rated on a 5-point Likert scale (very low, low, no opinion, high, and very high). The questions of this questionnaire are designed in the dimensions of patient-centered care and patient care policies at the macro level, provider expertise, quality of care and communication and information provision, and quality of cooperation between providers. The scoring method is as follows: the very low option is given a score of 1 and the very high option is given a score of 5. The range of scores is determined from 0 to 100. If the questionnaire score is between 0 and 20, it indicates very low trust, 20 to 40 indicates low trust, 40 to 60 indicates moderate trust, 60 to 80 indicates high trust, and 80-100 indicates very high trust in health care.;Satisfaction level. Timepoint: The patient satisfaction questionnaire in the operating room (LPPSq) will be completed by patients in both groups between 12 and 24 hours after surgery in the ward when the patient is in complete comfort and without pain. Method of measurement: The first questionnaire consists of two sections of demographic information and 39 items, which are developed on a five-point Likert scale from "I am completely satisfied" to "I am completely dissatisfied". The minimum score is 21 and the maximum score is 105. The items are designed in 6 sections: information, discomfort and needs, fear and concern, staff-patient relationship, professional competence and services, which evaluate different aspects of patients' satisfaction with intraoperative care.
