Inclusion criteria: Must meet the following criteria: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a history of chemotherapy Must be literate Must be able to use smartphone features and applications Must not be taking sedatives Must not be psychotropic medications

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under psychological counseling
