Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breast cancer diagnosis by an oncologist Performing a mastectomy Non-diagnosis of other serious diseases (which will be checked through case study and interview with the patient) Not suffering from more than one type of cancer at the same time (diagnosis by an oncologist)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Absence of more than two sessions in training sessions Sickness of the patient in such a way that he is not able to continue participating in the meetings death of the patient

MeasureTime frame
Measuring self-efficacy, the 17-item Sharer questionnaire was used, the highest score being 85 and the lowest score being 17. The BR23-QLQ questionnaire is special for examining the quality of life of patients with breast cancer, and this questionnaire includes 23 questions that cover two functional areas (physical function, sexual function, mental image of the body, sexual pleasure, prospective function) and the field of symptoms and complications (symptoms (related to side effects of treatment such as hair loss, pain in the chest and surrounding areas, problems with arm function, concerns and problems related to other symptoms). Timepoint: The time to complete the post-test questionnaires for both groups will be 1 month and 3 months after the completion of the intervention. In order to complete the questionnaire, the participants will be asked to visit the hospital by telephone coordination,. Method of measurement: Sherer self-efficacy questionnaire. Quality of life questionnaire BR23-QLQ.
