Intervention 1: Intervention group: Ten milliliters of 2% lidocaine and adrenaline will be used to soak the tip of gauze .The soaked tip of gauze will be used to pack the vagina after cervical biops

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consenting women with suspected cervical cancer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who have cardiac abnormalities such as high blood pressure, heart failure, rheumatic heart diseases

| Need for blood transfusion. Timepoint: 1 hour,4 hours,8 hours,12 hours, 16 hours ,20 hours and 24 hours. Method of measurement: This will be determined based on the clinical condition of the participant and her postoperative packed cell volume.;Vaginal itching. Timepoint: 1 hour,4 hours,8 hours,12 hours, 16 hours ,20 hours and 24 hours. Method of measurement: The participant will be asked if she has vaginal itching .;Pain following the biopsy. Timepoint: 1 hour,4 hours,8 hours,12 hours, 16 hours ,20 hours and 24 hours. Method of measurement: The visual analogue scale will be used .;Cardiovascular adverse effects such as tachycardia, arrhythmia, hypertension, cerebrovascular accident and myocardial infarction. Timepoint: 1 hour,4 hours,8 hours,12 hours, 16 hours ,20 hours and 24 hours. Method of measurement: Checking the pulse rate, heart sounds, blood pressure and oxygen saturation. | — |
