Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with a history of ankle sprain, who after the initial sprain, the lesion is repeated in them, and they repeatedly experience the feeling of instability of the ankle. Persistence of symptoms for at least one year after the initial injury Repeating ankle sprain at least 3 times during the last year At least 3 months have passed since the last sprain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with cerebellar problems People with vision problems History of brain injury with decreased level of consciousness

Postural stability. Timepoint: Before using the intervention - immediately after using the intervention - 4 weeks after using the intervention. Method of measurement: force plate-modified star excursion balance test.
