Intervention 1: Intervention Group: 36 eligible infertile women, who score at least 38 on the Dehshiri Loneliness Scale, will be selected for the intervention group. The group will undergo mindfulness

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary infertility. Diagnosed with infertility for at least 6 months and not more than 10 years. Infertility due to female factors. Infertility confirmed by a physician. Ability and willingness to participate in group counseling sessions. Literacy in reading and writing. Scoring 38 or higher on the Dehshiri Loneliness Scale. No participation in any mindfulness-based or cognitive-behavioral therapy or training programs in the past 6 months. No use of psychiatric medications related to anxiety or depression in the past 3 months before starting the study. No adopted children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and autoimmune diseases). Addiction to alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or other psychotropic drugs, based on self-report. Experiencing major distressing events in the past 6 months. Unwillingness to cooperate at any stage of the research. Absence from more than two counseling sessions.
