Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult wrestlers Have at least 2 years of continuous training experience under the supervision of a trainer Awarded by provincial officials and experience of participating in national competitions Not using prohibited drugs and sports supplements for 6 months Not having a history of cardiovascular disease or any type of injury or severe physical problem

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking prohibited drugs and sports supplements History of heart, respiratory and joint diseases

MeasureTime frame
Levels of creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, C-reactive protein, lactate. Timepoint: Before curcumin supplementation, after five days of curcumin intake, after the last mz??. Method of measurement: Lactate by lactometer and fingertip measurement and creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and reactive protein C through blood sampling.

MeasureTime frame
Recovery rate and performance of wrestlers in wrestling tournament. Timepoint: Immediately after each match. Method of measurement: Lactate measurement through lactometer and heart rate through carotid artery pulse count and points obtained from each match.
